Production Detail

1.Centering Adjustment

Adjust the distance according to the length of the toothbrush (Adjust the blut block). The distance is 2mm longer than the length of the toothbrush.

2.Head width adjustment

Adjust the width of the baffle according to the length of the toothbrush handle.

 

Loosen the screw 1, then adjust screw 2 to adjust the distance between the baffles 3. The distance is 2mm longer than the length of the toothbrush. Then tighten the screw 1.

3.Adjustment of turning mechanism

The position of the turning device needs to be adjusted according to the length of the toothbrush.

Loosen screw 1 and adjust the upper compression mechanism.

 

Loosen screw 2 and adjust screw 3 to change the  position of the turning device  to the middle position of the toothbrush handle.

Tighten the screw 2.

4.Vertical turning device

Loosen the screw3， adjust block1 and block2 according to the bending degree of the toothbrush handle.

5.Lift height adjustment

Loosen the screw1， adjust the lift block according to the bending degree of the toothbrush handle.

6.Toothbrush Head correction device adjustment

Adjust the block1 and block2  according to the bending degree of the toothbrush handle.

7.Up and down, left and right adjustment

Rotate the handwheel 1 to move the stamping head to  the left or to the right

Rotate the handwheel 2 to move the stamping head to  the up or to the down
